The Leadership blueprint focuses on Emotional Intelligence skills and Core Leadership Skills that helped me be successful as a leader and can help you too through a well-laid-out blueprint. Each module within Emotional Intelligence and Core Leadership skills comes with an introduction to the skill, 3-5 strategies to use for mastering the skill, and a practice sheet to be used in real-time so you get the practice and results you need. All documents can be downloaded and used on your device or printed for a carry-along package while you develop your leadership skills.
